Any unopened software program can be returned to us for a full
refund, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Just email us within 72 hours of having received your package with your customer number, order confirmation number, the titles you wish to return, and the reason for returning the product.
We will send you an email message with an RMA# and the instructions for returning the software.
No returns of any kind will be accepted on hardware for any reason. If you receive a defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly. They will provide a fix or replacement parts. If the publisher/manufacturer is slow in getting a replacement out to you, we will try our very best to assist you in obtaining a replacement product from the manufacturer. All returns must be received back within 14 days of the RMA# being issued. All returns must have an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If a return does not have an RMA number the package will be refused or sent back to you at your expense. You can obtain an RMA number by E-mailing us at returns@cdromshop.com and letting us know the reason for the return. Please make sure that the words "Request for RMA cust#[your customer# here] order#[your order confirmation# here]" appear on the subject line. Please also include a copy of your original order confirmation in the package with "PRODUCT RETURN" written in block letters at the very top. All packages being returned to us must be sent by regular mail or postal service. Any package arriving by U.P.S. or any other Courier will be refused. If you receive goods in damaged condition, please inform the carrier(Post Office, UPS or FEDEX agent) immediately. If the product you receive is defective, please contact the manufacturer IMMEDIATELY and Cc us on your email to the publisher with cust#[your customer number here] on the subject line. If the publisher/manufacturer is slow in getting a replacement out to you, we will try our very best to assist you in obtaining a replacement product from the manufacturer. If you have decided that you do not want a software product after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE UPS DELIVERY.If a product is refused you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return. Follow the instructions above for obtaining an RMA# for UNOPENED SOFTWARE ONLY Please Note: This return policy does not apply to items that are labelled as "NO RETURN" or "NRA" which are not returnable under any circumstances. For orders paid by Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union Wire Transfer, refund will be in the form of an in-store credit only. No refund checks will be issued. |
