PrimeSupport connect (psppt 12x5) - offers all of the features of PrimeSupport Knowledgecenter but adds phone access to a live Technician during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. central Time Monday through Friday). . PrimeSupport Priority (psppt 24x7) - offers all of the features of PrimeSupport Knowledgecenter but upgrades the phone support to a 24x7 basis. . PrimeSupport Enterprise (psppt ent) - NAI's Premiere Support Program offers all of the features of the previous support levels but adds a dedicated engineer that the user will have access to on a 24x7 Basis. .
