The Charge-UPS program was designed to enable the APC Customer to revitalize their aging and out-of-warranty UPS. It is another option for the customer who is satisfied with their current solution and has no plans on expanding in the future. This program offers a new APC battery, a two-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the unit and a software upgrade kit (PowerChute Upgrade Software and a 30 day trial of PowerChute Inventory Manager).
